Change in Director’s Particulars
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Dignity plc, the UK's only listed provider of funeral related services, notes that David Blackwood, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as an independent Non-Executive Director of Connect Group PLC with effect from 13th May 2020.
