In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Dignity plc, the UK's only listed provider of end of life services, notes that Dean Moore, Interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company, was appointed an independent Non-Executive Director of Griffin Mining Limited at its Annual General Meeting on 5th May 2022.
