Publication of 2020 Annual Report and Accounts
Dignity plc (the "Company") will today post its 2020 Annual Report and Accounts to those shareholders who have requested a hard copy.
The document is also available direct from the Company or may be viewed on the Company’s website at www.dignityplc.co.uk
In addition, and in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1R, the 2020 Annual Report and Accounts will shortly be available for inspection at the FCA’s National Storage Mechanism at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
Dignity will hold its AGM on Wednesday, 23 June 2021. In light of the unpredictability of the COVID-19 pandemic, shareholders are recommended not to attend the meeting in person but are encouraged to submit their votes by proxy.
The Notice of Meeting and Proxy Form for the Annual General Meeting will be posted to shareholders in due course.
